This data is required by Harmonic for identifying and tracking hazardous material content in its products, and its suppliers’ products, in accordance with Harmonic’s policies as well as regulations, including but not limited to China’s Measures for the Administration of the Control of Pollution Caused by Electronic Information Products (also known as “China RoHS”).
